Every Frogz longboard deck is hand crafted with unbridled passion from the best, top-grade Baltic Birch veneer available.

It all starts with a foam buck that’s sculpted to define the deck’s final shape. We carve that foam to give it a certain amount of rocker and camber, according to the board’s design.

Next, sheets of veneer are cut in the shape of the deck, glued and stacked atop the foam buck and placed into a vacuum press for the next 24 hours.

Once the deck is cured, it comes out of the press and we smooth out the edges, drill truck holes and apply grip and custom graphics as desired.
